My name is Peter.
Born in London and raised between Bangladesh and boarding school in Glastonbury, I've spent much of my life moving between different worlds.
Different cultures.
Different industries.
Different ideas of success.
Those experiences taught me to notice something that has become central to my work: the challenges we face as individuals, in relationships and inside organisations often follow the same human patterns.
How I work
I spent over a decade in television and digital media, producing stories, interviewing public figures and understanding how narratives shape perception. Eventually I realised I was more interested in the people behind the stories than the stories themselves.
That curiosity led me from media into facilitation, leadership development and organisational transformation.
What I do
Today, alongside my independent practice, I serve as Director of Europe for Sacred Sons - designing and facilitating leadership experiences across the continent.
I work with founders, executives, entrepreneurs and organisations navigating growth, complexity and change.
Whether I'm coaching one-to-one, facilitating a leadership team or speaking to a room of hundreds, the work is the same:
Helping people lead themselves first, so they can lead others with greater clarity, stronger relationships and wiser judgement.
How I think
Patterns we see in the world often exist within us too.
The way we respond to pressure.
The conversations we avoid.
The power we hold.
The stories we tell ourselves.
These shape how we lead, how we relate and ultimately what we create around us.
That is why meaningful change starts from the inside and creates impact on the outside.
Inner work. Outer impact.
“Peter helped me gain a new perspective on what it means to lead. His guidance changed the way I approach both my work and my relationships.”
